  1. Adding some weights to your sumo squats & going deeper into them works a lot better! & squeezing your booty when you come up from your squat or even after every booty exercise you do. Got a few new ideas for my workout though so thank you!!

  2. Love the video! You're freaking gorgggg!! Alsoooo…when you get your hair dyed, what exactly do you ask for ? I'm trying to get my hair done and I'm just sooo in love with the way yours looks!!
