  1. Don’t beat your self up. If you fall off just pick your self back up and start over. There will always be temptation in this weight loss journey. But stay strong & I believe it’s a good idea just to ask or remember portion control. It will help if you do go places & you may not track those points. You got this & I believe in you…Great video!

  2. Also, I’ve been going to over eaters anonymous and learning so much about food addiction. One thing that I do is write out what I will be eating every night for the next day. Then when I wake up, I just follow what’s written. Some people in our group commit their food by sending what they plan to eat to sponsors. That makes it a food pact.

  3. No weight loss journey is all losses every week. Week before last week, I gained 0.8, it’s not failure, it’s feedback. So I buckled down for this past week and lost 2. You can do it.
