  1. This is everything I've ever wanted in a workout! effective, hard and fun! Honest to god i felt like i wan gonna die half the time, but i completed it and looking forward to do it again:) thank you Les mills for making my weightloss journey fun!:)

  2. I don't feel so bad that the first time I took Grit two years ago, I could not go beyond 15 minutes even though I worked out regularly and did BodyPump and Bodycombat. Looking at this video makes me realize that what has become a twice a week workout looks crazy. I have become used to just blocking it out and really doing mind over matter for 30 minutes.

  3. I did it guys, I FINALLY DID IT
    I'm drenched
    I can't even stand properly now
    I stopped alot of time in the middle but that did not bring my heart rate down so that's good
    I'll continue challenging myself and doing this. I'm sure I'll reach their level one day??
