  1. Please accept my suggestion to simplify your life. I tried weight watchers 50!!! Years ago with my mom. It is a starvation diet that will not keep the weight off. You cannot eat less of what caused the problem and expect to sustain loss. You won’t even be healthy. I read the China Study and changed to a whole food, plant-based cuisine. This is a lifestyle change. No calorie counting, eat all you want anytime of day/night. I finally lost all the excess weight, dropped from a 12 to a 6, and maintain my weight effortlessly – exercise optional. Your blood pressure will plummet, no hypertension, no chronic disease.

  2. I always thought it was crazy to read comments saying "hey can we meet we'd be get along good" but now I'm like dang I wish we lived in the same city because I need a workout partner lol. Take that .2 loss and run with it, every ounce counts too
