Please accept my suggestion to simplify your life. I tried weight watchers 50!!! Years ago with my mom. It is a starvation diet that will not keep the weight off. You cannot eat less of what caused the problem and expect to sustain loss. You won’t even be healthy. I read the China Study and changed to a whole food, plant-based cuisine. This is a lifestyle change. No calorie counting, eat all you want anytime of day/night. I finally lost all the excess weight, dropped from a 12 to a 6, and maintain my weight effortlessly – exercise optional. Your blood pressure will plummet, no hypertension, no chronic disease.
I always thought it was crazy to read comments saying "hey can we meet we'd be get along good" but now I'm like dang I wish we lived in the same city because I need a workout partner lol. Take that .2 loss and run with it, every ounce counts too

So are you not using Weight Watchers? Count calories, skip Weight Watchers, save yourself some money, and you'll have a better handle on your weight.
