    I love him , I’m on WW down 100 from 353 to 253, but he riffs on his nutrisystem experiences and makes me appreciate WW but lmao about dieting and we gotta laugh right?!

    Snacks…..protein. Turkey with fruit, hard boiled egg, fruit (fiber), kind bars are high in points like 8 …quest bars are 4., ummmm WATER. A premier protein drink is 2 sp. if I start snacking look out. I got crackers that were low in points for 17 but Lordy I ate the entire box!

  2. OMG…..I have so many healthy favorite snacks! If I want something sweet I would eat the Kind Healthy Grains Double Dark Chocolate bar. I really love hummus and my favorite brand is the Fountain of Health Roasted Eggplant Hummus and I eat it with red peppers or tortilla chips. Congratulations on your weightloss
