  1. Can someone explain to me how flexing the feet down to reach the heels over the tape is practicing virtuosity for a gymnastics movement, when pointing the toes is considered best practice?

  2. I want to hear HQ after watching Heppners video say that he was doing it wrong. It was impossible for him to do them based on his body structure. His form was flawless

  3. A standard makes things the same across the board for all competitors. This by definition was not "standard" as it changed the movement for every single individual. Also without a doubt the level of cheating on this workout was through the roof. Applaud guys like Jacob Heppner who adhered to this crap standard. It might be an absolutely terrible rule but it was the rule.

    That‘s actually psychologically very interesting.
