  1. Good 30 minute workout… I feel like I worked a lot of different parts of my body… but sometimes the moves were quite silly and awkward looking!
    I do lots of 'dance cardio' type videos… and you always look a bit silly… but some of these moves felt quite ridiculous…
    I do like the pace of this one so I'll continue to do it. 🙂 I just have to embrace the awkward!

  2. It would be much easier to follow along if in addition to front views of the dancers I could see their movements from behind. I'm not the most coordinated person and it's hard for me to follow along with mirror view because everything is backwards. Thanks!

  3. If you're such a fitness expert what are you doing searching videos on YouTube? This was a great and very challenging workout. If it's too easy for you how about not tearing others down who are trying to get better?

  4. Not very challenging for me, but I usually do hi-impact interval training.  However, this is really great to do after a hard workout and I might need to burn off a little bit more.  It's also fun and different.  I like it!  🙂

  5. The initial step is to increase the frequency on your meal but reduce the intake in each meal. Regular smaller meals also reduce your stomach size over time. Second, start eating more aminoacids, veggies, fruits and healthy excess fat with each meal, only eat carbs before training. Thirdly, Heard before LiuLaiFo Fat Killing Method? Go and google search on it. It truly is one of the best excess fat loss method in existence. 

  6. Absolutely not challenging at all! People who can't do this are probably starting out. I will say if you do this after another BEFIT Supermax strength workout this is great This is more of a cool down or light day cardio. Great but won't push you beyond a plateau IF that's what you need.
