  1. Hi ..I just wanna ask..
Actually I'm new to calisthenics and before a couple days I got my first muscle up . but after that I noticed that whenever I do muscle up my elbows start killing me I got elbows pain? .. I just wanna know .. Is that pain gonna follow me whenever I do muscle up or it's just a period… And if there any ways to deal with that pain .. I'm really confused.. Please help

  2. Been doing pull ups for a while now, can do 7 on my first set and then only 3 or 4 on my next 2 sets, started doing negatives pullups for the remaining reps so that I do 10 reps in total between the normal pull up and the negative, and I'm getting waaaaay stronger and getting closer to be able to do 10 pullups for 3 sets 😀

  3. Yoh Chris, mad love for ur work' all the way from Africa, :D… we still waiting on ur follow up on the 30 day workout plan from the dad body' would be nice to start it with you, hopefully get u as motivation all the way through, looking forwad to it.

  4. Wow, I am able to do the muscle up and learned it in 3 days. These exercises are very effective and good. I continue to use these workouts to improve and master the muscle up.

  5. Chris Heria Ive been meaning to ask a question; Can you recommend an inexpensive pull-up/dip station for home use? I was looking at the 'Triple Door Gym', or a standalone dip station. I have a door pull-up bar, but it lacks a wide grip station. I need something that will allow me to do Australian Pull-ups. Up to this point, Ive been doing strictly kettlebell workouts, but Id like to incorporate some calisTHENX as well

  6. Negative Muscle ups are the key, do it guys and we'll become beast. You can start doing 6 straight bar dips and finish with a negative muscle up. Do it slow, slow, control that move, that's going to develop the strengh and build the muscle 🙂

  7. Hey Chris i need some advice if possible, I've been doing calisthenics for 3/4 months it took me a long time to get my first pull up, like 2 months, and since i got there its a very slow improvement, I'm stuck on 5 pull ups for over a month (i'm assuming that that's very slow for a beginner level) what can i do to get those reps up? Thanks, awesome channel!
