  1. CrossFit HQ tons of equipment 2 guys walking around could they have an extra bar set up or add the weights for her??? She kills every workout.

Its a lot difficult than you think and definitely you have to go for the best score on Diane, because the rest is even worst with the extra heavy weight and the fatigue after the first part you really need to work out the negative energy and do single and drop otherwise you gone unless you are supper-fit not may case ?

  3. Asking people to go beyond full lockout and borderline hyperextension in the top of the HSPU is just not smart. I understand the point of it, but the depth from the wall that a lot of people do HSPU in makes it that much harder to reach your standard of locked out. Maybe if there was a way to take into account depth from the wall, it would make more sense. I love the workout though and can't wait to give it a go!

  4. I have no idea why I'm subscribed to this channel, I'm the least fit guy ever….maybe it's because I find fit/muscular women hot…. or maybe I'm weird and randomly subbed to this channel.
