First I really hope you gonna answer me looool im a woman i workout 3 times a week, Ive gained weight, but now i dont wanna gain anymore but i wanna keep my body shaped and work on my cardio (i wanna train my heart too) i would like to know, can i do this workout or its only for men ? Will i lose weight (bc i dont want to)? Should i do this + my personal workout ? I really really wanna work on my cardio because i think its very important and i really love martial arts.
