  1. Hello! First I really hope you gonna answer me looool im a woman i workout 3 times a week, Ive gained weight, but now i dont wanna gain anymore but i wanna keep my body shaped and work on my cardio (i wanna train my heart too) i would like to know, can i do this workout or its only for men ? Will i lose weight (bc i dont want to)? Should i do this + my personal workout ? I really really wanna work on my cardio because i think its very important and i really love martial arts. I hope you'll answer me. Great workout by the way 🙂

  3. Hi Jake I'm watching from West Australia on a farm near Gingin. No gyms near me so I love being able to access your training that is so fun, interesting, challenging and helps me learn defence moves while I get fit. Don't listen to the whiner's, we don't care about all that stuff. Just your enthusiasm and genuine care to inspire others to get fit.
