  1. Jess, I cannot tell you how much I love love these new Jan. 2018 workouts! this quick cardio blast is awesome! Love love the music! I usually do this one and then follow with the 15 min total strength! great workout!!! Thank you, thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I enjoyed this workout and the music! I am working from home today and took a little break and was able to do this workout and get back to work. Goal: to memorize that plus sign jog!

  3. I really like this routine. But what the heck does it mean to "pull your shoulders down your back"? I appreciate your safety and form tips, like "hug your belly button to your spine," but I just don't understand this one.

  4. my goal is to balance my life better.  i am trying to do this in steps that build on what i currently undo well.  Jessica you focus on who i want to be rather than what i am giving up resonates with me.  Thank you

  5. Great workout, thank you, feel all sweaty and energized 🙂 I just wondered that you look the same as you do in videos from 5 years ago and so does Peanut, it must be because of all the workouts you do the two of you keep looking young …haha…;)

  7. I had to watch this one before doing it. I'm going to try it tomorrow and see how I do, cause this one seems a bit more intense, but I still want to try. I can't comfortable do Leslie Sansones one mile walks just fine, and I can keep up with the pace. I'll have to report back and let you know how I did. I'm also 420lbs, so I hope my experience encourages someone that's my size to try this workout.

  8. Enjoyed this (again) this morning. A great add on to the One Mile of Motivation from Walkstrong 3. Going to to the Abs and Core January Jumpstart Routine now. I haven’t done it yet but it looks great ?.
