  1. I appreciate that you are sharing your journey with us. I want to share mine with you. Today was my first weigh in and I lost 9.2!!!!!! Im so excited to see where my journey takes me. Thank you for being an encouragement!!!

  2. I love/ hate the Elliptical. I go on every morning for 30 mins and watch one episode of one of my favourite shows. That’s the only time I allow myself to watch the series so inspires me to get on to see what happens next! Feel great also getting it over with in the morning so any other exercise during the day is bonus.

  3. Remember when you do your elliptical, it's not about performance goal but attendance goal. Don't think of how long you're on it, concentrate on getting to it for no matter what time length! You can do this
