I had a caesarean 14 years ago, and I was never able to lose that c section pouch no matter what I do, I take minimum carb, thinking that my pouch was due to tummy fat, And I do both cardio and body weight training, but my lower ab still look has that pooch hanging over, any suggestion on what more can I do to tone up my lower abs?

  2. I really love all of your videos Rebecca and defenietly #icanfeeltheburnRebecca but honestly, not with this one. This video should be tagged as for the begginers. I really was hopeing for something more challenging as it is "intense" but it wasn't 🙁 i am disapointed, but i'm sure it is great for those who just start with fitness.

  3. I honestly was so lazy before, but I decided I'd do workout to feed my spirit and stretch my lazy bones. All what I have is you, feeling the burn just makes me another person. Thank you infinitely Rebecca, I can "enjoy the taste" of that burn 😉
