    those workout are excelent

    no need gym. equipement. and 5-10 min you EFFICIENTLY work a muscles area

    you can do that before sleeping in front of your bed. while youre watch tv in your living room. after eating breakfast. when you wake up

    do you have a 5 mins abs exercices while standing up??

Hey, I had this question in mind that what if for example for biceps day I do 2sets of 5min dumbbell workout and 2sets of dumbbell tabata workout …or should I go for 4sets of 5min dumbbell workout and then when next biceps day come so I do dumbbell tabata workout, because I am to both i.e. gaining muscles and aesthetic look..
