The videos are really good! The music in every video is really annoying though… Both the type of music and the volume. Makes it hard to hear what she says.
I’m working for a summer body and it’s April I’m hoping that I can do it in time, I really have faith in this like it will work. I’ve been doing the stomach workout from Xhit and it hasn’t done much at all, I think I need more moving and cardio

I felt so lost and so unsure of how to get back into a workout routine being a stay at home single mom to 3 kids and having no way to get to a gym or go on a run. I've been doing 4 of your workouts every morning for a month And I'm going to add this one too. I feel so much better and stronger already. You make me feel like I can do it and to never give up throughout each work out. So thank you!! ?
should I do this video 2 times or 3 to get 30 minutes . in case of I want to lose 7 or 6 kilo how many times in week shold I do this workout , thanks in advance
