  1. I’m working for a summer body and it’s April I’m hoping that I can do it in time, I really have faith in this like it will work. I’ve been doing the stomach workout from Xhit and it hasn’t done much at all, I think I need more moving and cardio

  2. I love all your work out videos Rebecca!! I felt so lost and so unsure of how to get back into a workout routine being a stay at home single mom to 3 kids and having no way to get to a gym or go on a run. I've been doing 4 of your workouts every morning for a month And I'm going to add this one too. I feel so much better and stronger already. You make me feel like I can do it and to never give up throughout each work out.

  5. Hey Rebecca Louise I have a question. I'm a bigger girl how often through out the week should I do cardio and for how long??? Also treadmill and elliptical workout helpful??
