There's one point I have to pull you up on though: you can not change the pH of your body through what you eat. If you change the acidity or alkalinity of your body, you die. The whole 'alkalise your body' thing is an internet myth with no science to back it up. If you're giving health advice to people, I feel strongly that it should be based on fact. So when researching your topics, please only use credible science and not alternative practice websites etc. Other than that, keep up the good work!

I just started cutting up a cucumber, kiwi, 3-4 strawberries, a lemon, a lime, and a small portion of ginger cut up into pieces in a pitcher to drink in the morning when I wake up and then at night. x-x The first time I did it, I didn't have strawberries or kiwi, so I'm not sure how they'll do sitting in a pitcher of water for a few days. 😮 But I heard this is a good way to get nutirents into your body and possibly detox?

  10. question. I work 10 to 3 and get 1 10 min break only. How can I eat 6 meals like this? They don't let you just eat when you want. What foods should I bring to work for lunch? I have problems getting shaky if I don't eat enough sugars
