  1. Hi ..I just wanna ask..
    Actually I'm new to calisthenics and before a couple days I got my first muscle up . but after that I noticed that whenever I do muscle up my elbows start killing me I got elbows pain? .. I just wanna know .. Is that pain gonna follow me whenever I do muscle up or it's just a period… And if there any ways to deal with that pain .I'm really confused please help

    I’m trying to do workouts but there not comfortable because I guess I’m not warmed up in the rite areas.

  3. i started 6 month training and i have a question. If i do 1 month training plan it says that i have to workout 3 timen in week but i do legs on tuesday and thursday, and i have 2 days rest . On monday i do full body rountine for begginers and on friday, but i switch this routine on wedneysay and i do Let's go routin.Is it good or no ? I am really motivated and also i want bigger chest so i can do some of this exercises in my regular routines ? Or i dont need to . Sorry if my english is bad. SALUTE !

    How do I know if my arms and elbows are not too wide I can't seem to get it?
    Do I do regular then decline then incline then diamond then I rest 2mins or do I rest between?
