  2. For your workouts how long do you do them for? Like abb ladder twice ? And this HIIT once? Please i need a routine with time thsts 30mins ….maybe do abb ladder…bikin beach one and this one every night??:)

    I love so much?? I saw your channel aweek ago and from that I did all your workouts I'm actually seeing result and mostly the burn every time ?
    I want your help my weight is 140 pounds (I am 170 cm) but I have a belly I want to work my lower abs and core some people say I should do back workout what do you advice me to do ?
    And can you do back workouts and core at home ?

  4. I was only able to get through one and half rounds before my butt starting screaming at me. Haven't done any exercising at all in months aside from some light yoga, but I'll be back to try again tomorrow! Gotta start somewhere 🙂
