  2. #LUCYGENIUS  What you say about the mind is SO TRUE. I was doing great, following your workouts, didn't feel depressed, then I had a couple of really bad menstrual periods that drained my energy. The more tired I got, the worse my diet became. I got out of routine, stopped working out and guess what – the depression came back ?. Today I started again with this workout. I did the moves on the left because that was MY best. I am determined to keep going. Thank you Lucy. You are such a kind, generous and wise soul.  ?❤?✔

  3. Hi Lucy, thanks for all the good videos. I have been following them for last 6 months along with watching my calorie intake, and have lost 12kgs. Please let us know how many calories the routine burns for all your routines. Thanks

    Happy newyear.

    I love your workouts. But i have a question.
    What is better?
    If i do the workouts in the morning, it is easy for me to do.
    But in the afternoon, or earley evening it is harder for me.

    What do you think is more effective?
    I think the harder one, but is that so?

  5. Done ??✔️! Love your workouts so much, Lucy! But I really need to work on a positive mindset whilst working out, any tips would be welcome ?. My mind always wants to sabotage, telling me "What the hell are you doing, this is too hard, stop.". Even though I know my body can handle it ??. ??

  6. I love all of the videos you make like this. You’ve really helped me with my goals. I started doing your videos a whole year ago and I’ve seen lots of improvement better than any of the other ones I’ve ever tried I love you have multiple variations and you do them so I don’t get bored with the same move forever. Looking forward to making more good improvements this year.

  7. Thank you Lucy. I fell the wagon I'd just gotten on for two days, and this video was perfect. It reminded me that I did not get out of shape in a few days and I won't get back in shape in a few days….that it is a journey and I will falter, I have to just keep trying!
