I'm 5'5 and 130 – 135 lbs (i've been eating lots of bread yesterday so i'm most likely 135 rip) My stomach is thin, so its flat, but i'm carrying excess weight on my waist, so my waist could be a 24 if I really tried but I reckon its 28 inches rn. I have excess weight on my thighs and its annoying as fuck, I have some excess weight on my upper arms and armpits, and lastly I have excess weight in my face. I'm not fat, but I could be thinner and definitely more toned. With that said, i'll try to incorporate this workout twice a week into my schedule? I'll add some other stuff as well. I used to have my own routine and I got down to 120 lbs with a 25 inch waist but that was like a year ago. I'll update everyone in a month 😀
Yesterday it was my first day doing this workout. I had exams and i quickly gained 60 pounds due to stress. I had to take a break every 5 minutes yesterday. And now I made padt 15 min without a break today. It is a great workout if you commit and have patience to perfect it ? i will tell you my progress after a month
Did this workout yday n its still killer workout. Still not able to go all the way thru without pausing for extra time but I am trying to limit same n I have been improving! Thnx kelli n fb! #workoutwascompleted lol
I did mostly the low impact mods…so i'd say its a 3.5….but if i were doing all high impact id say a 4 for sho! Thanks for all your videos, been enjoying them for years!

Good Workout. I would agree that it would be a difficulty 4 on a 1 to 5 scale. The ad in the middle kind of threw me off track, but it's a free workout! I will definitely try fitness blender again.
About 1 month ago I was 224 lbs (102 kgs) I hated myself (it's still not the best) and I decided I have to change. I started to workout, and eat healthier. Now (31.01.2018) I am 211 lbs (96 kgs) My goal is 149-154-165 lbs (68-70-75 kgs) I am going to try to update in every month. I want to give you motivation!

This is my favorite work out so far! Feels like learning a dance routine which keeps things very interesting.
Can you tell us how often we should do one set of exercises before going to the next.
