  1. Haven’t worked out in 2-3 months so my fitness sucks. Want to change that and lose some weight. I’m 87,5kg currently.

    Today (February 20th, 2018), I managed to go until 23:30. I had to stop there. I hope I improve ??

    I could do 15 minutes of HIIT ??

  2. I've been consistently working out with you for 2 wks now and love the workout I get. I started with you guys about 2 yrs ago when I wanted to get bikini ready for a family trip 2 yrs post baby. I got to a happy place but got off the wagon shortly after unfortunately. Now I am ready to get back in shape and feel good about myself. I want to feel strong and energized and your workouts do that for me. They are NEVER boring and always challenging which I love, especially that I am a buys Hospice nurse. This workout was challenging and I LOVED it. 3.5 out of 5 for me….legs are definitely feeling like jello lol. Thanks for the great work you guys do and providing these practical workouts!!!

    This is the second time I've done this video… it was a sweatfest both times! I really had to talk myself into beginning this today, but I'm finished and I feel great! Some days it's an internal pep talk in order to get myself moving.

  4. When you ranked this workout a 3.8 in mid workout I thought, "WHAT?", because I thought it was pretty intense…Then I found out your scale wasn't '1-10' ranking…Yes, If your scale is '1-5', I think 3.8 is a good description. 🙂
    I have been doing you and your husband's workouts for a few months now a few times a week…former fitness instructor/runner…knees are a bit quirky but can do some hopping…Love both of your sweet motivating spirits…feel so good after each workout..loved this today…Thank You!

  5. Hey Kelly your workouts are the best, I've been going them everyday for 5months and have had significant visible changes with no diet changes , now I'm determined to get some abs with some diet modifications ???

  6. Hi guys. How do you read the calorie burn? I see a range of 282 – 495 cal in the lower right hand corner of the video. Does the lower number represent the calories burned if I do this exercise routine with the low impact modifications?

  7. I've been doing workouts for more than a month now and I feel so much pain in my knees.I just dont know why its happening.When.I first started I had sore muscles but now knee pain.Am I doing anything wrong or what could it be?

  8. Hi. You mentioned that I should eat a good healthy meal after this workout. Does it make a difference that I only do these workouts in the evening just after eating my last meal of the day? Ab x

  9. I really like doing HIIT workouts but there's no way I can do all of that without taking breaks throughout the video. I try to move while I'm pausing the video, but I'd like to know if that's really bad or if I should just keep going like that because otherwise I would just quit every workout halfway through. I'm thankful for every bit of advice!
