    I did this workout at 5:45am!
    Loved loved loved it so much!
    Loved the 60 seconds on and that the rest is only in between sets!
    Loved all the moves! I think my favs were
    1. Rock Block
    2. Bunny Hop Burpees
    3. MMA Pushup

  3. Mr, Scott, thank you very much for sharing your brutal workout again. I thought I tried with my beast mode ON, but it was a bit advance for me. I found 3up V up, bunny hop burpees, kick outs and MMA pushups to be exceptionally difficult. I could not even do whole 60 seconds. I added to my comeback and REDO list. Hopefully I can do better next time. Thank you again. And RIch, thank your for the nice editing. It is only getting better!

  4. I was so pumped from the Iron Body workout today that I went ahead and tacked this on afterwards. They were both brutal, but awesome! I love your combination (and creativity) of moves. It would work perfectly as a stand-alone routine if I were ever pressed for time and wanted a full-body workout.
