  2. Hey guys i have a question, my height is 1.73m and im 17 years old.. My goal is to be honest to try and go to 1.80m-1.85m at least because where i live my 1.73 height is too short. If i do the dead lift, squat or bent over barbell roll will it influence on my height and how much?

  3. guys, i can't figure out this macro nutrient percentage nerd shit. i just want to eat 'well' and lift weights. That means things like chicken, turkey, rice, grains. No more whole costco pizzas. Why is this so damn confusing 🙁

  4. I felt really insecure about myself and I took pictures to compare. I deleted those. Now I feel thinner and I don't know how to compare myself.

  5. I was fit up until about 3 years ago i put on around 30lbs and have stopped playing sports etc.. is it a good idea to implement some cardio sessions to this as well say 90 mins a week?

  6. quinua and protein powder for breakfast ?? what a fake natty faggot..,you guys use your head…hes selling you all a bill of goods. You dont need all that expensive shit to get in shape…. also they not even better than normal food in fact they worse… multiple studies show quinua is a worse carb source than even potatoes, and chicken/eggs/steaks beats protein powder, as the body likes to have fat with its protein . oh and ye he is off cycle in this video hes about to jump back on steroid now his baby a bit older. UNless he tells you all this stuff i just said hes FULL OF SHIT and lieing to you all.

  8. After some time in gym, i feel like im gonna "die" and cant imagine i can do another set in less than 3 min or sometimes even more. Is it okay if i rest more than 90 sec between sets?

  9. I've been doing calisthenics for a year and now I finally hit the gym,but I still kinda look skinny.Ive put on some weight but I love soccer so much and I play 2-3 times a week. As u guessed I run a lot and I was wondering if so much cardio could hurt my gains?
    Should I stop playing soccer?
