I’ve been managing Havant in the vanarama south I’ve now got them into league 2 but I’ve always let my coaches cover training now that we are a professional club I think it’s important for me to be more hands on with it all but being as it’s the first time I’ve tried to do it myself like you said in the video its daunting.

Thanks for the help mate I’m going to follow your tips and see if it works for me?

1-Is there a way to check what my U23 team is training? (Defence attack etc...). And can I see what positions or focus they are training?

2-If I work on something like tactics or ball control on hard will it increase their chances of injuries, despite not being something physical?
