  1. Hey everyone! Hope you enjoy the video. Brandon put this one together and did an awesome job as he just began shooting/editing videos this year. I might be out of a job soon so I better up my game. In the meantime look out for the rest of the Phase 2 videos this week. I'll be responsible for all the Cutting Plan phase videos and Brandon plans on releasing a video every Monday dealing with a more general food/fitness topic.   2. I know this is probably something that belongs in the "cringe people" gym video but i like to do cardio in between reps. for whatever reason it gives my body energy and just feels right to me.

  4. Great vid. I'd recommend also adding garlic and turmeric powder to those sweet potatoes. Maybe even basil or another spice. They taste incredible!
