  3. Thank you so much! The timer is excellent. The descriptions are very good as are the demonstrations.

    This is a really good starter routine, especially for me wanting to go light to moderate losing weight at 49 years old. This routine is so good, I may even keep the routine in place of my preselected glute exercises, several of which are done here.

Finally, I've reached a channel where I can say that these workouts are really good and suit my body. one time I tried your video on pilates and next day I could feel my body seriously worked out. I have just started working out and trying these workouts so lets see how I feel. But I must​ say your exercises are very authentic and easy to learn.
