  1. Someone please help!!! I keep trying glute bridges because I used to love them, now I can't seem to do them right I feel nothing when I do them….. I have no clue what to do

  2. I love these workouts because I already do most of them, except without ankle weights, or the resistance band. I need to get those. lol. How long did it take you to build your body? I have only been (seriously) working out for like a month, and have only seen minor changes.
