    I did this workout at 7:45am!
    Love this tabata cardio! And love the active 10 secs rests!
    Loved all the moves! I think my faves were
    a. Clap-Kick Push
    b. Tri-Jab Tucks
    c. Patty Cake Push-ups
    d. Dive-Bomber Hops
    e. Clap Tuck Burpees
    f. Sagat Burpees
    g. In & Out Sprints

    Burnout Ladder Clapping pushup + tuck jump
    — At the 4th round I had to do the clapping pushups on my knees! I did up to 9 rounds! What a rush!

  2. I do these twice a week as my cardio in conjunction with my weight training. I can really see the benefits of these workouts in my weight lifting. I can go less time between sets and push through my workouts better. Dat Cardio son!

  3. OMG. My heart is POUNDING. I am dizzy. BUT I DID IT! I love having moves in 20 second intervals. It's a short enough burst that I feel like I can do almost anything -push ups, burpees, whatever – for that amount of time. It really makes me push myself.

  4. I've been doing your workouts for about a year now, and I have to say, the MX500 series is absolutely amazing! And, this workout, in particular, is by far the most challenging! And, I love it! You push me everyday to challenge my limits! Thank you!

  5. Yo MH. I remember this from the original MX500 series on Patreon. Just completed this as my 4th workout of the new year and I'm in a completely sweaty exhausted heap. I added a couple extra rounds each of relay sprints and body bangers to ensure I hit 500 calories. Ended up with stats of 509 calories burnt in 37 mins @ avg HR of 155… wowsers!!
