Man this was hard! I loved it! Those compound moves really work! Those crossfit squats killer! Legs were shaking but I held on! You are such a great team, and Coach you make keep going even when my mind says "hell no" I don't listen to it! Thanks for all you do for the tribe!
Keeping my head up with chin tucked into my chest for the pelvic and ab sequences puts a lot of pressure on my neck; is there any way to modify this technique?

I used to workout with weights years ago but have since fallen in love with running and yoga. At the age of 52 I decided to go back to weight training. I came across other UTube videos and surprised to see what's shown. Viewer beware….. I appreciate your channel because you're not reckless and slinging weights around trying to impress. I suspect you'll continue to do well. Thanks guys.
