  3. I'm 36 and I have my best shape ever, with you guys! and it's not the first time I work out I have been working out for the last 8 years. but I just started with you about 2 months ago. Of course eating healthy too.

  4. Man this was hard! I loved it! Those compound moves really work! Those crossfit squats killer! Legs were shaking but I held on! You are such a great team, and Coach you make keep going even when my mind says "hell no" I don't listen to it! Thanks for all you do for the tribe!

  6. I used to workout with weights years ago but have since fallen in love with running and yoga. At the age of 52 I decided to go back to weight training. I came across other UTube videos and surprised to see what's shown. Viewer beware….. I appreciate your channel because you're not reckless and slinging weights around trying to impress. I suspect you'll continue to do well. Thanks guys.
