Everyone who saying that this is too hard or "can you make one for beginners?" Or "my back hurts or this hurts or that hurt." Go do another workout that suites you!!! You should start by letting viewers know that these exercises are NOT good for women with weak pelvic floor (and definitely not for women with prolapse). In fact, women after a certain age should avoid planks, crunches and exercises that involve both legs off the floor at the same time, because these exercises push down on the pelvic floor. Look up pelvic floor safe abdominal exercises instead.
This is the perfect ab work out for me! I've watched tons and I finally feel the burn purely in my abs it's amazing! I'll be doing this for a month 3 days a week, repeating twice; will update if anyone wants it.

its a very effective routine but an extremely painful one.. however it does work… so bear d pain and push ur limits.. u ll see d result just as i did..

Unfortunately, this routine is very unsafe if you have a prolapse. So be careful!

What type exercises are good for those of us with lower back problems in all workouts?

hurts my back that's all the 1st exercise hurts back not abs am I doing it wrong

Sit-ups hurt the back and the butt too, there are less painful ab workouts from you, Susan …
I'm sure these are effective but pretty hard on the lower back.

what about me i have a bad back and can't do anything like that.i was in a car accident years ago and i just can't do any of these.too much pain
