  1. That workout was much tougher than I expected it to be….it was GREAT! Loved it. I have never worked out with resistance bands before and found it challenging and yet helped loosen a very tight shoulder (have difficulty turning my head). Thanks SO much!

    I have been on your new website and it is brilliant. Is it something I have missed, but I cant find these comments on there. Do we have to go through Youtube to comment.   3. I am honestly amazed. I've been doing these workouts for two weeks (5 days a week) but I just feel so good in myself and I can feel everything getting easier so I think im going to follow the standard moves soon. The only problem is I have really bad knees because they click out so anything to strenuous I tend to do the easier one. But oh my gosh I'm amazed and the burn I used to give up when it started to burn but now it's such a odly satisfying feeling. You two have made me ENJOY working out and your continuous support throughout the videos is what keeps me going. LIFE changing people right here. I go to slimming world every Thursday I'm so going to recommend you guys to everyone!

Hey coach Kozak, i would like to train with my pull up bar to get used to it since i'm terrible at it, but i'm not sure how i should train (i can barrely do 2 in a row) + the fact that i'm doing Hero workout everyday ,any tips so i can keep doing my programm normally and at the same time learn how to do more pull ups over time?

  7. Just completed this work out amd when I started sweating I wasn't sure if it was because my house was warm or because if the workout. This was very good and challenging. What are the benefits of resistance bands?

  8. Amazing, I had just ordered a set of lightweight resistance bands (just the cheap flat ones, non-latex), and you guys come out with this! I tried it this morning, and even the lightest band got me sweaty and that soreness that comes with an unfamiliar workout. I love it! 🙂 I may have to buy some nice bands like you guys have!

  9. PS…I did one of the floor exercises the other day with one of my dogs sat on my chest….does that count…..? (She wouldnt move and I couldn't break the routine to shift her)

  10. I am now on my second work out programme with you both and I am so proud of what I am achieving. I couldn't do this without you both by my side though. I am 64 years old. I am doing some swearing and sweating but I aint giving up.
