  4. I️ LOVED this workout! The format is great and made me feel like “I️ can do this cuz I’m badass”. That’s coming from a mama of a toddler who prays for a nap so I️ can get my fist bump on!

  5. Damn Hoy, That was brutal. Had to do the modify mostly. Have to admit I move around to different type workouts across Youtube and other sources and hadn't been moving along in your Full Body Shred. Definitely Advanced on this one, but good workout!
