Who knew low impact could be this challenging! Thanks for this it came at the right time, my knees needed a little break from the bouncing of traditional tabata.
I live on the top floor of my building and boy was I able to sweat without worrying about my neighbours. Any chance you can make more silent workouts? You're a life saver!

I love your workouts but I have spinal stenosis and cannot do the floor work (burpies, twists, etc) My sciatica screams noooo! Could you make a workout that does not include the floor work or twisting? Until then, I'll jog in place while you burpie & twist. 🙂 You are awesome!

Okay…sore from yesterday. ..needed low impact…however low impact does not equate to being easy?…another great one. Keep pushing! ???
