  1. Hey Jessica! I have a question for you. I’m tired of buying exercise mats that leave a mess on the floor and aren’t thick enough when we do exercises that are on elbows or knees. Can you tell me what mat you use or what may be affordable and sturdy?

  2. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've done your hour long fusion many times but having a thirty minute one is excellent for shorter days or to accompany a strength workout! Thank you Jessica!!!!❤️

  3. Thank YOU!! Jessica, your videos are right on-whole body, mind and spirit… Thanks for all you do here.♥️ Xo- Exercise and wellness at its finest.

  4. Thanks Jessica a lovely gentle dynamic stretching routine which was just right for me this morning. I didn’t want anything too intense or challenging and this was perfect. Love Peanut’s thoughts too?

  5. This was the perfect workout for where I am fitness wise. I broke a sweat and felt great consistently through the workout. Thank you for everything you do!!!!! Blessings.

  6. THANK YOU, Jessica, for this superbly amazing do-able sneaky routine! ❤️

I do eat healthily frequently but I am a lazy couch potato and always have excuses when in comes to exercises, but none of my excuses is applicable for this routine.

I find myself wanting to do this routine because of so many reasons:
    * I can complete it
    * No floor routines that may aggravate my lower back
    * It is controlled low impact and doesn't affect my weak ankles
    * It is whole body focused and made me feel the "reconnection"
    * It is still challenging enough to increase my heart rate and make me sweat

In the past 11 days, I have completed 8 times of this routine and driven by how I feel physically, I will most probably keep doing this routine regularly. The lost of 1kg was an unexpected bonus.

  7. Sometimes the brain is full of negative energy and can be compared to a radio playing that isn't quite tuned in. Today was one of those days for me. This workout cleaned up my brain and the hypertension connected to negative & cluttered thoughts. Peanut is a reminder that we all need to nap.

  8. I loved this. I currently have a hairline fracture in my wrist. I am in a brace not a cast and am allowed to exercise carefully, avoiding rotation and weights and pressure on them. This was lovely, couldn’t do all the arm movements but I improvised and your coaching reminded me that workout doesn’t need to be all about the calorie burn and we can just enjoy. Feel lighter and free and like I honoured my body. Thank you Jessica

  9. Once again Jessica (and Peanut ofcourse) delivered! I did my strength workout yesterday and this was just what I needed! Challenging yet not too much for sore muscles. Jessica is just amazing when it comes to creating a variety of workouts! Keep up the good work!

  10. Ok…Have done many of your workouts Jessica, but I find this one to be particularly challenging and sparkle inducing! Maybe its the balance work? : ) It does have that "feel good fusion" and yet gives you a good workout. Thanks so much for always innovating and keeping us "oldies" moving!!

  11. Hello from Canada and thank you for so many fantastic videos! I have really been enjoying this one in particular. You are a breath of fresh air in the fitness movement with your gentle and kind approach.

  12. Thanks, Jessica, for another good workout. Even though you say this was an easy-going routine it was still challenging enough for me (I'm 67). I have gotten to the point where I use your w/o's 95% of the time & when I want something easier, I use my former favorite w/o DVDs. You do a great job & I'm so glad I found you.

  13. Really nice! Felt good and body respectful. Trying to workout hard to burn off your meal is dangerous and a slippery slope to developing exercise bulimia. To learn more about that check out Life.Unrestricted podcast by Meret Boxler. : ) Body liberation is so freeing!

  14. I prefer your walking workouts to this kind of footwork, but I did this one yesterday and I woke up today and shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for a long time is almost completely gone. I love the flowy arm motions, and apparently they really helped me a lot, so thank you and I am back to do it again tonight.

  15. I have been eyeing your channel for a while but this is the first video of yours I have actually completed. I have to say that this was more challenging in places than I had expected (which is a good thing) and you are a very lovely instructor (which, too, is a good thing, obviously. :))
I don't know if it's because the heat is blasting in my apartment or because I overworked my legs over the past couple days, but I have worked up a nice sweat here. I'll definitely be back for more, thank you for such a great workout!
PS: I lost my souldog at age 17+ on January 18th. Her name was Peanut. :'(

  16. Just what I needed. I've been sick for a few weeks and haven't had the energy or motivation to work out. This video was perfect to help me get back into 'me' without the self-imposed pressure of feeling like I have to do a full-on work out. Definitely worked up some feelgood sparkle with this, I feel great now. Thanks so much, Jessica.
