For all you beginners out there bootstrapping on a budget and trying to preserve as many of your ad dollars, this knowledge is so ninja. You won't find it anywhere else. Some facebook tools don't even allow you to get intelligence on targeting. The deepest you could get is the actual ads and the landing pages using third part tool but that's it. This guy just gave you the keys to the kingdom.
