  1. what does adding a backflip do for the burpee? i don't imagine it aiding in muscle growth at all, it seems more like a way to just tire yourself out. please let me know. i would imagine simply jumping would be the equivalent of doing a backflip, any help?

  2. hell, yes i binged so many of your videos today (first time actually) and im just more motivated. I worked out before my year and a half rest (injury for a year and half a year to get that motivation again and start with the proper routine) and for almost 2 months now i've been training again 🙂 ! SO your videos have been a real help for ideas to get that body strength going, but still like keep the weights in a way. I surely will be changing things up! 🙂 Thank you ThenX
