Das killt mich!?Die Übungen, bei denen man sich seitlich abstützen muss & den Oberkörper hoch drücken muss, seinen Arm unten durch strecken oder einfach nur diese Haltung machen muss, dass sind die schlimmsten Übungen.? Ich frage mich, wie du da einfach so ruhig bleiben kannst. ?
A lot of these exercises that include putting weight on your arms tend to hurt my arms so bad I can’t even finish the exercise without pausing the video. Could I be doing something wrong or are my arms just really weak ? (Any tips would help!!)
