  1. Hey Emi, I just wanted to say that your ab videos really helped me. When I first started I couldn't do the exercise 45 sec. But now I can, I think I started with your videos in okt/nov I guess. You're really an inspiration for me to stay fit.

  2. Hey, on number 6 I can't sit up straight to touch my ankles like you do.. I've replayed so many times to see if I'm doing what you're doing and I'm pretty sure I am. Is it just I'm not yet strong enough?

Hmm ? it looks like most easterners prefer to have slim legs slim butt slim waist petite kind of body… it’s the opposite from women of western countries in which they prefer to have thicc legs huge butt although the waist is also slim, athletic kind of body… can totally see difference in fitness cultures?
